Distressing ‘Stranger Things’ News Delays Production Even Further, After Already Postponed Schedules

Since their massive landing on Netflix in 2016, the Millie Bobby Brown-led show Stranger things has made four successful landings and is lining up for the fifth and final time. But blame the model or the fuel, things aren’t going smoothly this time. The show initially faced the crippling hurdle of growing its beloved cast. Second came the SAG AFTRA attacks, and now there seems to be a threat lurking on the sets.

When the Netflix blockbuster finally kicked things into gear and started filming, it seemed like not everyone was happy to be back, contrary to various statements from the cast and crew.

Stranger Things Season 5 is about an imposter

With its spicy set designs and extremely shocking plot twists, Stranger things has subjected its fanbase to a lot of ‘strange things’ in the form of death eaters and burnt out Vecna. But as it heads towards its final destination, someone has played a reverse uno card. According to the X account, Stranger Things Updates, the team received some threats that delayed production. More specifically, the blackmailer stated that they would burn themselves on the Upside Down backlot.

Not only is the threat scary to say the least, but it also seems to take into account the show’s theme of almost every threatening act going down upside down. The Stranger Things Updates account concluded that this was an anonymous note left by someone in the set design department.

While it’s quite a threatening thing to do, given the location the cast and crew were filming, someone may have simply been forced to put the icing on the cake.

Stranger Things finds itself in strange places amid delays

It is a fact known to many that the plot of Stranger things Set in 1990s Hawkins, that’s why the show isn’t alone gets the chance to make riches from the culture of the 90s but also delves into the core of little Hawkins. This led to the iconic cemetery scene where Max finds himself in the sky, and according to the latest update, it looks like the cast will find themselves in another cemetery in the sky. Stranger things Season 5.

According to the Stranger Things Updates account, the cast has been filming at Stone Mountain Cemetery lately. As the onslaught of it all slows down Stranger things has met is truly worrying leaving fans with bizarre theories, it’s highly likely that the latest “threat” was a cast or crew member who was forced to do so given the filming location. Either way, the delay is over and the damage has been done.
