Netflix’s Family Drama ‘His Three Daughters’ Starring Carrie Coon, Natasha Lyonne and Elizabeth Olsen Lands Fall Release (Exclusive)

Netflix will drop acclaimed filmmaker Azazel Jacobs’ masterful “His Three Daughters,” a compelling family drama featuring the stellar talents of Natasha Lyonne, Carrie Coon and Elizabeth Olsen, onto the fall movie calendar. The film centers on three estranged sisters who are reunited to care for their ailing father. The film will premiere in select theaters on September 6 before hitting Netflix worldwide on September 20, exclusively revealed to Variety alongside a new image above.

Netflix, which also stars Jovan Adepo, Jay O. Sanders, Rudy Galvan, Jose Febus and Jasmine Bracey, acquired the worldwide rights for a reported $7 million following its world premiere at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival.

Jacobs, known for his confident direction in indie hits like ‘The Lovers’ (2017) with Debra Winger and ‘French Exit’ (2020) with Michelle Pfeiffer, wrote, directed and edited this film.
