Christina Ricci wants to sell her Los Angeles home for .25 million

Christina Ricci, the actress known for her roles in ‘The Addams Family’ and ‘Casper’, has put her lavish Los Angeles home up for sale.

On Monday, Ricci put her renovated Woodland Hills residence up for sale for $2.25 million, the listing brokerage told The Post.

Located on a lush lot on Campo Road, this mid-century home features four bedrooms and spans 2,718 square feet over two floors. Every inch of this property, originally built in 1956, has been redesigned by famed designer and Bravo’s ‘Flipping Out’ star, Jeff Lewis.

Stepping inside you will find a formal living room, designer wallpaper and elegant tiles adorning each bathroom. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, while new hardwood floors extend throughout the home. Smart features have also been integrated.

Outside, there’s a remodeled pool, complete with a shallow lounging area known as a Baja plank.

The Zen-inspired backyard, with tranquil water features and Buddhist sculptures, offers a tranquil retreat.

Ricci, 44, bought the house with her ex-husband, James Heerdegen, in 2018 for $1.1 million. After their divorce in 2020, the home was transferred to Ricci in 2023 through an entity called Hot Girl Summer LLC, records show.

The renovation was a joint effort between Ricci and Lewis, fueled by a desire for a fun project before the planned sale, agent Mercedes “MJ” Javid of The Agency told Mansion Global. (Javid, for her part, appeared in another Bravo series, “Shahs of Sunset,” about the lives of Persian-Americans.)

“They thought it would be a fun project they could do together,” says Javid, who is also known for her role in the hit reality show ‘The Traitors’. “That’s their first collaboration.”

Ricci’s renovated home is designed for contemporary living.

“The map has been reimagined in many subtle ways to be more effective for the way we live today,” Javid said. “Jeff removed everything that was functionally outdated without compromising the charm of a traditional home.”

Under the hood, the house has undergone significant improvements, so to speak: a new roof, gutters, plumbing, HVAC systems, upgraded electrical wiring, and improved seismic protection. These improvements not only increase efficiency, but also ensure sustainability.

Ricci, whose latest roles include the “Addams Family” spin-off series “Wednesday” and the psychological horror show “Yellowjackets,” spent several cherished years in this Woodland Hills gem.

Despite her divorce from Heerdegen, with whom she shares a child, Ricci has found happiness again, remarried in 2021 and continues to live in Los Angeles.
