AICTE, SP College organizes awareness program for aspirants

Srinagar, July 20: A one-day awareness programme and outreach activities were organised today by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in collaboration with Sri Pratap College for the candidates of Jammu and Kashmir under the Special Scholarship Scheme for J&K and Ladakh Students (SSS JKL) 2024.

The workshop was intended to provide clarifying information about the scheme, including an overview of the scheme, the registration process and how to fill in choices.

The event was attended by Director of SSS JKL Cell AICTE, Kunaljeet Singh; Director of Colleges, Prof. (Dr.) Sheikh Ajaz Bashir; Principal of Sri Pratap College, Prof. (Dr.) Ghulam Jeelani Qureshi; Deputy Director of SSS JKL CELL AICTE, Dr. Nikhil Kant; Advisor of SSS JKL CELL AICTE, Prof. Ajit Angral, faculty members of Sri Pratap College, parents and students.

The principals of the colleges delivered speeches and highlighted the key benefits and impact of SSS on higher education in Jammu and Kashmir.

The chief guest of the workshop, Kunaljeet Singh, addressed the audience and gave an in-depth insight into the plan.
