Jake Paul vowed to knock out Mike Tyson after stopping Mike Perry in the sixth round.

Paul dropped Perry in the first and second rounds, but the bare-knuckle boxer and former UFC star refused to go quietly and dragged Paul down in the second half of the fight. The YouTuber eventually dropped Perry again, forcing the referee to step in and stop the bout.

Tyson was supposed to be in the opposite corner on Saturday night, but was forced to postpone his fight with Paul until November after suffering a stomach ulcer. Paul opted to fight anyway, choosing to settle his online feud with Perry, knowing he had to win to secure a shot at Tyson.

And after his 10th professional win, Paul said: “He’s tough, sorry it took so long. Respect to Mike Perry; he’s the king of violence, he’s the BKFC champion. I hit too hard; he took a lot of damage and that’s a W for me. I expected that, but I knocked him down in the first round, he just survived. Mike Tyson… you’re the next big guy, sign the contract, November 15th on Netflix. I’m looking forward to it, I’m going home and getting ready for it.

“It’s happening, November 15th, Mike Tyson is training, he’s back, he looks crazier than ever. I’m going to knock him out again and prove everyone wrong again. Everyone said I was an idiot for taking this fight, that I was taking a risk, but this is why I’m here, I’m taking big risks.

“Mike, I love you, but this is my sport, you’re a legend, you’re one of the two most famous boxers that ever lived, you and Muhammad Ali. It’s an honor to be in the ring with you. I feel so, so honored; you’re a legend, but I’m going to take your throne, brother.”
