Announcement of Sampo plc results and 2025 Annual General Meeting

Sampo plc will publish a 2024 financial overview on 6 February 2025. Sampo will report its results on the following days in 2025:

– May 7, 2025: Interim statement for the period January-March 2025

– August 6, 2025: Half-yearly financial report for the period January-June 2025

– November 5, 2025: Interim statement for the period January-September 2025

The annual accounts and the management report, including the corporate governance statement and the sustainability statement, and the remuneration report for management bodies for 2024 will be published on www.sampo.com/year2024 (https://www.sampo.com/year2024) during week 12.

The annual general meeting of Sampo plc will be held on 23 April 2025. The dividend will be paid no earlier than 6 May 2025.

Sampo Group’s Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) will be published in May 2025.
